Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. Bisquick
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. raw sausage (I use Jimmy Dean)

Preparation

Put all ingredients in large bowl. (I do mine in Kitchen Aid mixer.) Probably could use food processor. I have used my hands, but it is hard to mix. Get thoroughly mixed; roll into 1-inch balls; place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly brown.
