Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. milk
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. bacon drippings
1 large can cream-style corn
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 large onion
2 to 3 jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Blend in blender the Cheddar cheese, onion and jalapeno peppers (use water). Mix the rest of the ingredients.
Brown the ground meat.
Spray pan with Pam.
Pour half of the cornbread mixture in pan.
Put meat, then cheese-onion mixture, then add rest of cornbread mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
