Quick Crab Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) cans crab meat or 1 lb. fresh
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 can pea soup
    2 c. heavy cream
    2/3 c. sherry (optional)
    sour cream and chopped chives
Preparation
    Heat soup and cream together just until hot.
    Add sherry and crab meat, stirring gently.
    Bring back to hot temperature.
    Serve with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle of chives.
