Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables, thawed and drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 jar pimentos
    1 can onion soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and top with cheese.
    Bake in a covered dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer.
