Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. mayonnaise
1 onion, finely chopped
6 oz. Blue cheese crumbs
1 qt. milk
1 1/3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/3 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. salt

Preparation

Cream together the sour cream, mayonnaise and onion, then combine with rest of ingredients.
Makes approximately 1 gallon.
