Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
6 c. cooked rice (long grain or converted works best), chill thoroughly
3/4 c. green onions, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. peas
1/2 c. carrots, diced
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
Preparation

Heat oil in wok or skillet.
Saute chilled rice until golden (5 to 10 minutes in hot skillet).
Stir in onions, bacon, sesame seed, soy sauce, peas, carrots and sugar.
