Sourdough Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. oil
    2 oz. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then add wet ingredients.
    Mix a little.
    Batter should have some lumps. Grease griddle or frying pan lightly.
    Pour 1/2 cup of batter per pancake.
    Turn when pancake looks bubbly.
