Ingredients

2 c. dried apples, cooked
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook apples.
Add raisins and nuts to the cooked apples. Combine dry ingredients and then cut in margarine.
Add this to the apple mixture.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Pour batter into tube pan or coffee cake pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
