Makai Nui Ripple Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut 1-inch thick and strips 1/4 inch wide lengthwise
    meat tenderizer
    1 can (16 oz.) pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 minced clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat with tenderizer.
    Do not salt.
    Prick with a fork.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    If you need to hold longer chill in refrigerator.
    Weave on a skewer around pineapple; brush with sauce.
    Grill quickly over glowing coals.
    Baste often.
    Do not overcook.
