Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut

Preparation

Add all ingredients to the cooked and mashed potatoes.
Pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole.
