Whipped Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

sweet potatoes
salt and pepper
1/4 c. butter
butter
milk
3/4 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Mash, hot, cooked sweet potatoes and whip in a generous amount of butter, salt and pepper (to season) and hot milk to make them creamy.
Heap in a shallow baking dish.
