Rocky Road Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.)
    6 oz. chocolate or vanilla flavored confectioners coating, cut up
    1 1/2 c. unsalted peanuts
    1 c. tiny marshmallows
    3/4 c. peanuts
Preparation
    Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
    Set aside.
    In a medium heavy saucepan melt chocolate pieces and confectioners coating over low heat, stirring often.
    Remove pan from heat.
    In a medium mixing bowl, stir together cereal, marshmallows and peanuts.
    Add cereal mixture to melted chocolate, stirring until combined.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on the prepared cookie sheet.
    Chill about 1 hour or until firm.
    Store tightly covered in the refrigerator. Makes about 36.
