Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears (or chopped)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. chicken, cooked and sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook broccoli just until tender.
Drain and arrange in the bottom of a buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle with half of cheese and the chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with rice. Make a white sauce with butter, flour and milk.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and sour cream.
Pour over rice.
Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
