Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
12 oz. pkg. noodles
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and seasoning.
Drain meat.
Brown onions and pepper.
Mix with meat in skillet.
Pour soups and a can of water. Simmer 10 minutes. Mix with noodles.
Top with grated cheese. Put in a long casserole dish.
Cover and bake about 25 minutes. Uncover about 10 minutes.
When you cook noodles, let them get tender and drain.
Set aside until the meat is ready.
