Sweet Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork spareribs
1 Tbsp. peanut oil
1 small piece ginger
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
Preparation

Place spareribs, cut in small pieces, in a large frying pan and cover with hot water.
Bring to boil.
Drain and dry throughly.
Add oil to frying pan and when hot, add the spareribs and brown thoroughly.
Drain oil.
