Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    8 oz. crushed pineapple and juice
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. walnuts
    1/2 or 1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into well-greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
