Banana Nut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs (unbeaten)
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (3 or 4)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter or margarine
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar with butter; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir bananas and lemon juice.
Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
Mix quickly; stir in nuts.
Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done when tested; cool on rack.
