Stuffed Pork Chops(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 c. dry seasoned bread stuffing
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
8 thin rib or loin pork chops
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, heat milk and butter together, about 1 minute and 30 seconds or until butter melts.
Add bread stuffing and stir until moistened.
(For ease in sprinkling gravy mix, pour into a salt shaker.)
Sprinkle one side of 4 chops with gravy mix, placing that side down in a shallow pie plate or baking dish. Spoon 1/2 cup stuffing on each chop.
Top with other four chops, sprinkling top side with remaining gravy mix.
Cook, uncovered, for 12 minutes or until done.
