Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water for 5 minutes; stir in flour, salt, soda, baking powder and sugar together.
    Add shortening.
    Combine yeast and buttermilk; add to flour mixture slowly, stirring with fork.
    Turn onto floured board and knead.
    Roll out 1/2-inch thick and cut.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
