Coconut Cream Pie Trifle(Ritz Cracker Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter, melted
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. milk
2 pkg. vanilla pudding
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip

Preparation

Mix butter, coconut, pecans and crackers together with a fork. Save 1/2 of mixture for topping. Mix milk, pudding and ice cream together until thickened.
