Curly Mac Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box curly macaroni (1 lb. size)
    1 (20 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and cooled
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix last 6 ingredients in 1-quart jar.
    Shake well; mix with macaroni and vegetables and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Serve cold.
