Catfish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large catfish, deboned
    1/2 c. chopped fat meat
    1 c. onion
    1 c. diced potatoes
    2 qt. tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 small bottle ketchup
Preparation
    In a large pot, brown fat meat; remove and drain.
    Add potatoes and onion to fat remaining in pot.
    Cook until tender. Add ketchup.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add fish and remaining ingredients.
    Cook at low heat for 45 minutes or until thickened. Enjoy.
