Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. butter, softened
3 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate
2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix butter and cooled chocolate thoroughly.
Blend in sifted sugar.
Stir in sour cream and vanilla; beat until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.
