"Nine To Five" Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. green pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all and place in metal bread pan.
    Cover and refrigerate 8 to 24 hours.
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake on lowest shelf of oven for 20 minutes.
    Remove and place under broiler for 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 4.
