Beef Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
salt to taste
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook first 2 ingredients until meat is brown and onions are tender.
Drain fat from meat.
Stir in next 6 ingredients.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Add cheeses.
Stir over heat until cheeses are well combined.
Makes 3 cups.
