Creamy Lebanese Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
2 Tbsp. scallions or gr. onions
1 tbsp. chopped dillweed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. gd. black pepper
1/3 c. diced, peeled cucumber
1 7 oz. can water packed tuna, drained
2 1 oz. whole wheat pita bread
1 c. fresh spinach leaves
Preparation

In a small bowl, mix yogurt, scallions, dill, salt and pepper.
Add cucumber and tuna and toss gently.
Just before serving, line pitas with spinach and fill each with half of the tuna mixture. Makes 2 servings.
