Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. oats
    1/3 c. bran
    3 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    2 oz. milk
    4 oz. orange juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    Mix flour, bran, spices and soda together in a bowl.
    Put the milk and orange juice in another bowl and lightly beat in the eggs.
    Put margarine, sugar and molasses in a saucepan on low heat and stir until sugar has dissolved.
    Remove from heat, stir in the dry ingredients and then add the egg mixture.
    Pour into a 2 lb. loaf pan lined with baking parchment and bake for 40 minutes.
