Crunch-Top Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    3 or 4 large baking potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2-inch slices
    3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Melt
    butter in an oblong baking dish; add single layer of potatoes.
    Turn
    potatoes
    once
    in butter.
    Mix remaining ingredients;
    sprinkle over the potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until the top of the potatoes are crisp and brown.
