Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    sugar and cinnamon
Preparation
    Margarine should be at room temperature.
    Cream first four ingredients together until light and fluffy in large mixing bowl. Sift together next four ingredients and add gradually to creamed mixture.
    Place mixture in refrigerator to chill for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours.
