Mediterranean Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, diced
    4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
    6 medium pitted black olives, cut in quarters
    2 large garlic cloves, minced or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat for 2 minutes (bacon will not be done).
    Flatten chicken slightly with palm of hand.
    Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
    Place chicken breasts in bacon drippings in skillet.
    Cook 6 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
    Add tomatoes, olives and garlic to skillet.
    Cook uncovered about 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
    Makes 4 servings.
