Microwave Fries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large potato, quartered
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place a sheet of Reynolds Wrap on a microwave-safe plate; set aside.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients except potato and cheese. Cut potato into 4 or 5 thin wedges.
Roll potato wedges in spice mixture until evenly coated.
Arrange wedges on prepared plate. Sprinkle wedges evenly with cheese.
Microwave on High for 5 to 7 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
