Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

4 chicken breast halves, skinned
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Boil chicken breast halves and cool. Cut into bite size chunks.
Thaw broccoli.
Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with broccoli.
Mix soups, mayonnaise and 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
Pour over broccoli. Top with remaining cheese.
Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine.
Place on top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly (about 30 minutes).
Serves 8.
