Sheepherder'S Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, diced
    10 eggs
    salt and pepper
    parsley
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon and onions until bacon is crisp.
    Drain all but 1/2 cup of drippings.
    Add hash browns and mix well. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes.
