Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork, beef and veal, cut into small pieces
    4 or 5 medium onions
    1 large and 2 small stalks celery
    3 Tbsp. bead molasses
    1 can bean sprouts
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat, add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add onions (thin sliced), and celery (cut small).
    Add molasses.
    Cover well with water and bring to boil.
    Lower heat and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
