Soft Chicken Taco - cooking recipe

4 (4 oz.) skinned boneless chicken breast halves
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
1 tsp. canola oil
2 green onions, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1/2 c. fat-free sour cream, divided
1/4 c. plain fat-free yogurt
1 c. low sodium salsa
3 c. shredded lettuce
fresh cilantro sprigs (optional)

Preparation

Place chicken in a shallow dish.
Combine the lemon and pepper in a separate small bowl and pour it over the chicken.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil and bake at 325\u00b0 until thoroughly heated (10 to 15 minutes).
