Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 sirloin steaks
    2 bell peppers
    2 stalks celery
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. oil
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak diagonally in thin strips.
    Dredge in flour.
    In large saute pan, add oil.
    Heat to frying temperature.
    Add steak strips.
    Stir-fry to desired doneness.
    Add minced onion and cut celery.
    Add ginger, garlic powder and soy sauce to taste. Dissolve cornstarch in water.
    Gradually stir into meat mixture. Cook until thickened.
    Serve over rice.
