Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken
    1 stick butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. pasta
    mushrooms
    1/2 lb. cheese (Provolone, Swiss or Cheddar)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken with a little salt for 10 minutes.
    Debone and set aside.
    In a saucepan make a white sauce as follows:
    Combine butter or margarine, flour, milk, salt and pepper; cook, stirring to medium thickness.
    Cook 1/2 pound pasta and drain.
    Mix all ingredients with mushrooms, 1/2 pound cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Spread in pan.
    Dot with butter and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
