Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. corn chips (tortilla style)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. tomatoes with chiles
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    4 c. diced, cooked chicken
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add soup, tomatoes and chicken broth. Simmer 5 minutes.
    In casserole, layer 1/2 chicken, 1/2 chips, 1/2 sauce and 1/2 cheese.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
