Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, peeled warm
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/3 c. onion
    1 c. celery
    1 1/2 tsp. salt or less
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to potatoes.
    Refrigerate.
    Before serving, add 3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs and 1 cup mayonnaise.
