Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 green tomatoes
1/2 C. cornmeal
1/4 C. flour
salt
pepper
2 eggs
Preparation

Slice tomatoes in desired thickness, set aside. Mix eggs in a small dish. Mix dry ingredients in another dish. Salt and pepper tomatoes to taste according to your liking. Dip tomato slices into egg mixture then into dry mixture.
Fry in a skillet of hot bacon drippings until golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy.
