Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pork, cut in 1/2-inch squares
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple syrup
    1 1/2 tsp. catsup
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    4 tsp. water
    1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
    1 diced green pepper
    1/4 c. cubed onions
Preparation
    Dip meat in egg, then in flour and salt and deep fry in fat at 360\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
    Combine next 6 ingredients and bring to boil.
    Mix cornstarch and water and add to mixture to thicken.
    Add pineapple, green peppers, onions and pork. Cook until hot, about 4 minutes.
    Serves 2 or 3.
