Squash Patty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. cooked squash, mashed
    6 crackers, broken into pieces
Preparation
    Melt margarine in heavy boiler.
    Mix flour and milk with well beaten egg.
    Stir into margarine; cook slowly until thickens. Brown on side.
