Crunchy Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. almonds
    1/2 c. raw almonds
    1/4 c. coconut
    2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. brewer's yeast
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    2 Tbsp. wheat bran
    1/2 c. safflower or olive oil
    1/3 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. maple syrup
    1/2 c. chopped dry fruit (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together in large bowl.
    Place on cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Allow to cool and store in airtight container.
