Farmer'S Market Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. zucchini, sliced 1/8 inch
    1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/4 inch
    1/2 c. red onion, sliced and separated into 1/8-inch rings
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
    4 plain bagels, split
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    8 thin slices ripe tomato
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In 10-inch skillet, melt butter until sizzling.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except bagels, cheese and tomato.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisply-tender (4 to 5 minutes).
