Cream Of Turnip Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. turnips (about 4 c.), chopped
1 medium potato, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. water
2 c. chicken broth
pepper to taste
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Cook first 4 ingredients.
Simmer 30 minutes. Stir in rest of ingredients and heat.
