Barbecue Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes (4 lb.)
    1/4 lb. unsalted butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. ancho or regular chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. On foil-lined baking sheet, bake potatoes 1 hour until just tender; let cool. (Can be roasted a day ahead and refrigerated; bring to room temperature to continue.)
