Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed, but not too done.
    Partially drain. Mix 1/2 stick of margarine and all the cheese (does not have to be melted) and stir into broccoli.
    Pour into greased baking dish. Mix other half of butter (melted) with cracker crumbs.
    Spoon over broccoli.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
