Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. sliced scallions
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 round bread
Preparation
    Hollow out round bread to use for dip.
    Save pieces for dipping.
    Thaw spinach and squeeze dry.
    Combine all ingredients, except bread.
    Mix thoroughly and fill hollowed out bread. Refrigerate overnight.
