Pecan Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mashed cooked peas
1 c. mashed cooked carrots
1 c. pecan meats
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted fat
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except corn flakes.
Shape as thick chops; roll in corn flakes.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
Serves six.
Serve with tomato sauce or white sauce or just tomato catsup.
