Ingredients

1 (No. 10) can beets (save half the juice)
1 large onion, cut in onion ring style
1 c. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix the vinegar, sugar, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce together. Add the onion and beets with juice to the mixture. Stir gently to avoid breaking up the beets.
Refrigerate to store. Makes a large amount.
